1. INSANITY - Beach Body

    I’m on Day 3 of Insanity and so far I’m LOVIN’ it! It is INTENSE, it is BRUTAL *but* those are the things you need to see results.

    I just try to push myself as hard as I can (without throwing up, haha) & soon I know I will get that physique I’ve always dreamed of. 

    Last night I did get a little nauseous & dizzy but I barely drank any water yesterday & I was doing the workout around 9:30pm so I was tired, dehydrated, etc so I’m *pretty* sure that was why I was feeling lousy. I just paused the workout for a minute or so & then started back up again.

    I like how when I’m close to wanting to stop a certain exercise because I’m winded, tired, you name it & then Shaun T gives out a word of encouragement to push through it because we’re almost done, etc. He always says the right words at *exactly* the time I need to hear them.

    I just finished my workout for today & it was called Cardio Recovery & I am SO glad it was a recovery workout because I truly did NOT want to workout today. I am SORE from the past two days of the workout & I didn’t think I’d be able to handle another intense workout today but thankfully they seemed to know that & instead put a recovery routine in now, YAY!

    Ready to get INSANE??

  6. INSANITY - Beach Body

    Okay Guys, I’m nervous but I’m going to do it anyways. 

    Monday, April 30th, I start the beach body workout Insanity & I watched a little video on it & it WAS insane!! I have no idea how I’m going to get through this but, I know I WILL. 

    Yes, it’s going to be tough… real tough, heck, WICKED tough but the freakin payoff is going to be A-MAZING! I will take before & after pictures & post them once the transformation has started.

    Has anyone else done Insanity? If so, how did it go?
